Prime
- 4x Short Rib FingersÂ
- 1 cup beef stockÂ
- 1x onion, finely dicedÂ
- 2tbs Worcestershire sauceÂ
- 1 tsp black pepperÂ
- 50g flourÂ
- ButterÂ
- 4x Long white rollsÂ
Directions
Preheat smoker to 275f/135f
Season beef rib with Lane’s Prime
Place ribs on smoker for 2 hours or until happy with bark.
Wrap up in foil tray with beef stock and butter.
Take off smoker when beef ribs probe tender (around 210f/98c)
In a pan, melt butter on medium low heat, add flour and liquid from the wrap.
Stir until combined and add remaining ingredients to make a gravy.
Place beef rib in a slice long roll and top with gravy.
