Lane’s Sunday Roast
- 500g Beef Mince
- 1x Can Tomatoes, crushed
- 1x Medium Onion
- 125ml Beef Stock
- 1x Crust Vienna Loaf
- 2 tbs Garlic, Minced
- 1 tbs Parsley, chopped
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Start by taking butter out of the fridge to soften. Once butter is soft enough, add parsley, garlic and Garlic2 as desired and mix.
- Cut loaf of bread long way and butter bread with garlic butter and set aside.
- In a sauce pan over medium heat cook one onion until translucent, adding mince and your desired amount of Lane’s Sunday Roast and cook through.
- Add tomato’s and beef stock and simmer for 30 minutes until you have a nice thick sauce.
- Place Bolognese beef sauce on top of your garlic bread, adding your mozzarella cheese.
- Place loaf in the oven at 180c until cheese is golden brown and bread is crispy.
- Slice , serve and enjoy
