Ingredients
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 1 Daikon RadishÂ
- 1 CucumberÂ
- Maggi SeasoningÂ
- Toads Dirty PickleÂ
- Brown Sugar
- Brown Vinegar
- Lane’s Everything Toasted Bagel SeasoningÂ
- BaconÂ
- Egg
- Brioche Bun
- Kewpie MayoÂ

Directions
- First, preheat the grill to high heat and place a cast iron plate on it.
- Next, slice the carrot and daikon into small strips and place them in a mason jar. Follow the instructions on the Toad's Dirty Pickle packet and add it to the jar. If necessary, add water to fill the jar and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thinly slice the cucumber and cook the bacon until crispy. Grill the eggs and season them with Lanes Everything Toasted Bagel seasoning.
- Now it's time to assemble the Bahn mi! Toast the buns and spread some mayo on them. Top with cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon. Add a few dashes of Maggi seasoning. Then, place the bacon, egg, and bird’s eye chilli on top. Add some coriander if you like and enjoy your delicious Bahn Mi breakfast!
