Juicy, flavourful brined chicken breast using Lane’s Island Dust & Lane’s Sweet Tea Brine.
Ingredients

4x chicken breast

Lane’s Australia Island Dust rub

Lane’s Australia Sweet Tea Brine
Directions
Combine 1cup Lanes Sweet Tea Brine, chicken breast, water into a container/bowl and cover in the fridge for at least 12hrs
Set smoker to 135c
Remove chicken from the brine, wash off and remove all loose brine
Season generously with Island Dust
Place in the smoker and cook until the internal temperature reaches 74c
Rest for 5mins then dig in!
