Ingredients

Lane’s BrisketÂ
- 6x Puff Pastry SheetsÂ
- 450g left over Brisket, cooked and diced finely.

Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 500g sausage minceÂ
- 1-2 Jalapenos
- 150g Bread CrumbsÂ
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced or grated
- 1 Large Onion, dicedÂ
- 1/4 cup beef stockÂ
- 3x large eggsÂ
- MilkÂ
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400f/200c
Finely chop onion, jalapenos and cooked beef rib and place in a bowl, mixing in all ingredients besides milk and 1 egg.
- Combine sausage filling together and stuff puff pastry.
- Once assembled, whisky together one egg and a splash of milk for an egg wash and paint sausage rolls.
- Place on baking sheet and place in oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
