- 1 Bar of Cream Cheese
- Wonton Wrappers

Lane’s Chilli Lime Seasoning

Lane’s One Legged Chicken Sauce
- Oil
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 80g Blue Cheese
Directions
- Season the chicken thigh with Lanes One Legged Chicken and chilli lime seasoning. Light up your charcoal grill and cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F/74°C. Once cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before dicing it finely.
- Bank all the fuel to one side for indirect cooking and place smoking wood on the opposite side. Season cream cheese with Lanes Chilli Lime seasoning and smoke until it becomes soft.
- Combine the smoked cream cheese, diced chicken, and Lanes One-Legged Chicken seasoning in a bowl.
- Take a wonton wrapper and fill the centre with the cream cheese and chicken mixture. Fold each corner up to create a wonton shape.
- Fry the wontons in oil at 350°F/177°C until golden brown.
- To make the blue cheese sauce, melt the blue cheese in a saucepan with mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Dip the wontons in the blue cheese sauce and enjoy!
