500g Pork Mince

Lane’s Australia Sunday Roast

1/2 cup Lane’s Australia Kinda Sweet

Bocconcini Cheese
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 120°C
Add the mince to a bowl and season with Sunday Roast and 3-4tbsp of Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce & chop up the cheese
Get a small handful of the mince and a piece of cheese and roll into a tight ball
Once all of the mince has been used to make the meatballs, top with some more Sunday Roast seasoning
Smoke for up to 1hr or until the internal temperature has reached 74°C
Once cooked through, brush on Kinda Sweet BBQ sauce and put back in the smoker for 10 mins
Let sit for 5mins then dig in
