Ingredients
- 2 x Chicken Breast (makes around 30 large nuggets)
- Thin-cut Bacon (as many strips as nuggets you wish to make)

Lane’s Australia Ranch Seasoning
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 Cup MayonnaiseÂ
- 3 tbsp Pickle JuiceÂ
Directions
- Start by preheating your BBQ to 120°C (248°F).
- Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Take each chicken chunk and coat it thoroughly with Ranch seasoning before wrapping it with a strip of bacon.
- After all the chicken pieces are wrapped, give them another dusting of Ranch seasoning.
- Place the prepared chicken on the BBQ and cook at 120°C (248°F) for approximately 40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the bacon turns crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and 3 tablespoons of Nashville Hot seasoning to create a creamy sauce.
