Lane’s Australia Lil Spicy Sauce
- 2 Chicken Thighs
- 200g Bacon
- 1 Packet Cream Cheese
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 175°C.
- Season the chicken and bacon with Magic Dust and smoke them until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
- Cut the jalapenos in half and remove the seeds.
- Dice the smoked chicken and bacon, then combine them with cream cheese and a generous amount of Ranch seasoning.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the mixture, then wrap them with bacon.
- Smoke the filled jalapenos for 30 minutes, brushing on Lil’ Spicy BBQ sauce every 15 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
