Ingredients

Sweet Lemon Pepper
- 300g Chicken Thighs, skinless & boneless (chopped)
- 4 tbs Salted butter
- 2 tbs Lemon juice, plus zest of ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- White Rice
- Parsley
Directions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan or skillet over low heat.
- Once melted, stir in the lemon juice, zest, Sweet Lemon Pepper, garlic powder and remove from heat.
- Brown off chicken, mixing in sauce once cooked
- Serve with rice
- Garnish with fresh lemon and chopped parsley
