Directions
- Prepare your grill for indirect cooking. Set up your Weber kettle by placing the coal basket split with the cooking area in the centre of the grill.
- Stabilize the temperature around 170°C / 340°F.
- Pat dry the chicken and apply Lane’s Sorta White as a binder. Sprinkle a generous and even coat of Lane’s Signature seasoning over the chicken.
- Carefully place the seasoned chicken on the grill, cover it, and let it cook for about 1 hour.
After an hour, check the internal temperature of the chicken. Aim for a final temperature of 75°C.
- Once the chicken reaches the desired internal temperature, allow it to rest for 5 minutes before removing it from the grill.
- Let the chicken rest for an additional 10 minutes.
- After resting, drizzle Lane’s Sorta White sauce over the chicken. Carve, slice, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
