Chilli Lime Butter Roasted Potatoes and Steak

2 Porterhouse Steaks

2 Large Potatoes

Avocado oil

1 tablespoon Chilli flakes

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

4 tablespoons salted butter
Directions
Remove the fat from the steaks and render it in a hot skillet to cook the potatoes in the rendered fat.
Cut the potatoes (with skin on) into small cubes. Add avocado oil and SPG to taste.
Brown the potatoes in the rendered fat until they are nice and golden.
Cut the steaks into large chunks. Add avocado oil and SPG, then brown the steak chunks over high heat for only 1 minute per side.
Melt the butter in a pan, add Chilli Lime seasoning, chili flakes, and chopped parsley. Pour this butter mixture over the steak and potatoes.
