Ingredients

1 Boneless Pork Shoulder/Collar Butt

Lane’s Australia Kapalua

1-2 Cups of Cola
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 120°C.
Inject the meat with as much the Cola as you can
Season the Pork with Kapalua , let sit for 5-10mins for rub to adhere to the meat
Smoke until the internal temperature has reach at least 74°C
Place the Pork in a foil tray with some more Cola in the bottom
Wrap tightly and place back in the smoker until the meat is probe tender - checking every 45 mins - 1 hr
Let it steam off for 5-10mins then shred, dig in and enjoy!
