Ingredients
- 4 x Chicken BreastÂ

Lane’s Australia Q-Nami SeasoningÂ
- 1 x Dragon Fruit
- 1/3 Cup Greek YogurtÂ
- 2 tbsp MayonnaiseÂ

½ Lemon (Juice)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
- Pinch Kosher Salt
- 1 Granny Smith Apple Cut into SlicesÂ
- ½ Cup GrapesÂ
- ½ Cup Cut Coriander Leaves
- 1 Iceberg LettuceÂ
Directions
- Preheat your BBQ for an over-the-coals cook to achieve a tender charcoal chicken.
- While the BBQ heats up, create the Waldorf dressing by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger, honey, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Season chicken breast heavily with Q-nami seasoning.
- Grill the seasoned chicken over coals, flipping regularly to prevent burning, until it reaches an internal temperature of 74°C for a juicy result.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- As the chicken rests, dice up dragon fruit and apples.
- In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients and drizzle the prepared dressing over them.
- Add the sliced, juicy Q-nami chicken to the salad.
