Ingredients

500g mince
-
Lane's Brisket Seasoning
-
Lane’s Itsa vinegar bbq sauce

½ cup grated cheese
-
1 block of Philly cream cheese
-
½ onion chopped
-
1 jalapeno diced

½ cup bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat your BBQ to 120c.
- Combine mince, breadcrumbs, cheese, diced onion, diced jalapeno and brisket seasoning in a bowl and mix until combined
- Remove around a tablespoon worth of mixture and flatten in to a disk shape
- Place a tea spoon of Philly cream cheese in the middle of the meat disk
- Roll mixture in to a ball and place on a tray
- Cook meatballs for 1 hour at 120c in the bbq and then brush with itsa vinegar bbq sauce for another 20mins
- Allow 10 min to rest and dig in.
- Perfect as a bbq snack, party appetizer or to have with rice or mash and veg for a weeknight dinner.
