Ingredients

Leftover Turkey Meat (about 400g)

1.5 Diced carrots

1 Diced brown onion

1 Cup frozen peas

1 Tin Of Chicken soup
-
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock

250g Brie
-
Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets
-
Frozen Short Crust Pastry Sheets

Cranberry Sauce
-
Olive Oil
-
Lane's Brisket Rub
Directions
Chop the turkey, vegetables and brie into bite sized pieces and add to a large bowl.
Add oil to a large pot on medium high heat.
When the oil begins to smoke add the chopped veggies. When the onions have browned add the turkey meat
Add a good sprinkle of brisket rub
Add the Chicken soup and chicken stock and simmer for 5-10 mins
You want a nice thick sauce so add a tablespoon or two of flour to thicken it up if needed.
Cut the Pastry with the pastry cutter supplied with your pie machine. Short crust on the bottom, Puff on the top.
place the pastry bottom in the pie maker and add the sauce until almost full.
add two slices of brie and a dollop of cranberry sauce.
Add the pie top and cook as per your pie maker directions
These pies are great by themselves or with our Kinda Sweet sauce. Enjoy them right away or freeze and have for an easy lunch or dinner later.
