Ingredients
- 1 x Sourdough Loaf
- 1 x Tomatoes
- Oregano
- 2 x Garlic Cloves
- 100g Salami
- Mozzarella
- Basil Pesto
- Olive Oil

Directions
- Begin by removing the top of the sourdough loaf. Take out the inner bread, creating a hollow space.
- Cut slices of mozzarella and tomato.
- Start assembling the sandwich by placing mozzarella slices inside the hollowed loaf. Layer with tomato slices and season with salt. Grate garlic cloves and sprinkle oregano on top. Add a layer of salami, followed by another layer of mozzarella.
- Drizzle olive oil over the loaf and the lid. Generously sprinkle Lane's Garlic2 Seasoning over both.
- Preheat the Kamado Joe grill and place the prepared loaf inside. Toast for approximately 20 minutes or until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
- Finally, remove from the grill, cut into slices, and enjoy!
