Ingredients
- 1x Roast BBQ Chicken
- Sour Cream
- Cream Cheese
- Bacon Pieces
- 1 Cup Flour
- 40g Frozen Butter
- 180ml Buttermilk
- ½ tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbps Maple Syrup
- Grated Cheese
- Salt

Directions
- Preheat smoker to 205°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, butter, baking powder, maple syrup, and buttermilk until just combined.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough into a rectangle until it reaches a manageable consistency and is no longer sticky. Fold it in half, turn it 90 degrees, lightly press it out into a rectangle again, and repeat the folding process 4 times.
- Cut the dough into 6 discs and place them in the bottom of a greased muffin tray.
- In another bowl, combine chopped roast chicken, cream cheese, Nashville Hot seasoning, bacon pieces, and cheese.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the biscuit dough in the muffin tray, top with cheese, and smoke or bake in the oven until golden brown.
- Serve with a mixture of sour cream and Ranch seasoning.
