Nashville Hot
- 4x Fish Fillets
- Panko Crumbs
- Plain Flour
- 4 Large potatoes
- Oil Â
- Salt
- Lemon
Directions
- Pre heat fryer to 165c / 330f
- Mix flour, beer, baking powder and Nashville Hot into a bowl and place fish inside batter and set aside in the fridge.
- Peel and chop potatoes into fries’ size, boiling in salted water for 8 minute or until just under cooked.
- Take fries out of the water and place on a baking rack and allow to air dry in the fridge uncovered.
- In the fryer, slowly lower each piece of fish individually into the oil and cook until deep golden brown, around 65c / 150f. Rest and dress with a squeeze of lemon and salt.
- Bump your fryer temp to 180c and fry in 2 batches.
- Cook chips until golden brown and season immediately with Magic Dust
- Serve and enjoy
