Ingredients

Jar of Pickles (around 20) but can use as many as you like

Lane’s Australia Nashville Hot Seasoning

Lane’s Australia Ranch Seasoning

½ Cup Flour

1/3 Panko Crumbs

1/3 Grated Parmesan Cheese

¼ Cup Sour Cream
-
¼ Cup Mayonnaise

1 Egg
Directions
- Preheat your BBQ, oven, or air fryer to 180°C.
- Drain pickles from the jar and gently pat them dry.
- Combine flour with Nashville Hot seasoning, using 3 tablespoons or more for extra heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko crumbs with grated parmesan cheese.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Coat each pickle first in the Nashville flour mixture, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the panko-parmesan mixture.
- Arrange coated pickles on a tray or rack and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- For the ranch sauce, mix equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of Ranch seasoning.
