Directions
Dough
- Combine yeast, ½ teaspoon of salt, and sifted flour in a large bowl.
- Gradually mix in water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, covering it with a dampened towel, and let it double in size for at least 30 minutes.
Marinara Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of Garlic2, 1 tablespoon of Signature, and a pinch of salt.
- Simmer over low heat until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
- Allow the marinara sauce to cool for use in pizza rolls.
Pizza Rolls
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle, with the length approximately twice the width.
- Spread 1/3 of the marinara sauce on each dough rectangle, lightly seasoning with Lanes Australia’s Garlic2.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on each dough rectangle and top with pepperoni slices.
- Carefully roll the dough rectangles into tight log shapes.
- Cut the log into 12 or more pizza rolls.
- Place the pizza rolls neatly on a greased baking tray and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the barbecue while the pizza rolls are resting.
- Cook each roll on the barbecue for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the rolls and drizzle Sorta White sauce on top, adding basil if desired.
- Enjoy!
