1 kg porterhouse steak

400 g matured cheese

1 bunch parsley, chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
Slice the porterhouse into thin slices
Cut the cheese into chunks (1 cm x 3 cm)
Roll each meat slice around a cheese chunk and insert into a skewer
Ensure all ingredients (parsley, garlic) are finely chopped
Mix together the chopped parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper
Adjust salt and pepper to taste
Before grilling, add Prime seasoning from Lanes to the meat and cheese rolls
Grill the rolls over a hot fire until nicely caramelised
