Lane’s Australia Pow Pow Sauce

1kg Lamb Ribs
-
Garlic
-
Sweet Soy Sauce
-
Ginger
-
Mint
-
Coriander
Directions
In a bowl; combine PowPow sauce, garlic, sweet soy sauce, ginger, chopped coriander & mint and the lamb ribs
Mix thoroughly and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour
Set the smoker to 175c and smoke the ribs until the internal temperature reaches at least 63c and the fat has rendered.
Serve with finely chopped spring onion or chives
