Lane’s Garlic2 Rub
- 500g Green King Prawns
- 10 Juicy limesÂ
- 1/2 Bunch Coriander
- 1 Cucumber (Seeds Removed and Sliced)
- 1/2 Red Onion Sliced
- 2 Jalapeno
Directions
- Prepare the prawns by cleaning them and butterflying them from head to tail. Place them in a tray. Next, add Lane’s Garlic Rub and juice from 5 limes.
- In a blender, mix the remaining lime juice, 1 jalapeno, and coriander. Blend until smooth, then pour the mixture over the prawns in the tray, ensuring all the prawns are fully submerged in the liquid. Add onions and cucumbers and mix well.
- Place the tray in the fridge for 1 hour. The acidity of the lime will cook the prawns.
- When ready, enjoy with tortilla chips and top with jalapeno slices!
