Ingredients

500g of favourite steak
-
500g fettuccine pasta
-
Lanes Prime Seasoning
-
2 Tbsp Butter
-
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
-
1 Tbsp minced garlic
-
500ml milk
-
½ cup grated parmesan
-
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
-
1 & ½ cups cherry tomatoes
-
2 cups baby spinach
-
Balsamic glaze
-
Salt
-
¼ cup pasta water
Directions
Preheat your BBQ
Season your steak in lanes prime and cook indirect heat (away from heat source) on bbq until you reach internal temp of 58c for a medium rare, cooked steak. rest steak for 10min then sear over the hot coals for a perfect char.
Just before the steak is ready to rest start your pasta as per packet instructions.
In a sauce pan min butter and garlic cook until garlic is cooked on low heat to not burn the butter
Add flour and make a roux.
Slowly add in milk whisking to get all the clumps out once all the milk is added sprinkle with prime and add the parmesan cheese.
Continue to mix on low heat to stop sauce from burning. Add in cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst
Add in cooked pasta and around ¼ cup of the pasta water mix through.
Add spinach and mix through until wilted
Slice your steak add to pasta mix and drizzle with balsamic glaze
