Ingredients
- 1 Bolar Blade Roast

Lane’s Australia Signature

1/2 cup Lane’s Australia Kinda Sweet

1 Cup Beef Stock
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 150c°C.
- Season the Bolar Blade with Signature, let sit for 5-10mins for rub to adhere to the meat
- Smoke for up to 1-2hrs or until the internal temperature has reached at least 64c
- Place the beef into a foil tray with the beef stock and Kinda Sweet.
- Wrap tightly and place back in the smoker until the meat is probe tender
- Let it steam off for 5-10mins then shred
- Serve as is or on some crusty sourdough with mustard and melted swiss cheese.
