Ingredients
- 3/4 Cups Warm Water
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Packet Yeast 7g
- Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions
- Mix warm water, activated yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar in a bowl. Wait about 7 minutes for bubbles to form.
- In another bowl, combine flour, a tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and, for an extra kick, add a tablespoon of Lane's Sunday Roast Rub.
- Blend the yeast mixture with the dry ingredients, forming a dough ball with your hands.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough until it's smooth and springs back when touched.
- Coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for about an hour until it doubles in size.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and roll the dough into a flat disk.
- Top with Kinda Sweet sauce, pulled lamb and cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for approximately 15 minutes or until it turns beautifully golden.
- Finish with a homemade dressing, a drizzle of Kinda Sweet sauce, and a sprinkle of fresh rocket.
