Directions
Make the pasta by mixing the eggs with the 00 Flour & Olive oil in a bowl,
Transfer to a clean bench surface & knead for about 10 minutes or until a smooth dough forms, cover with cling film & allow to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
To make the tomato sauce, into a medium sized pot, add the olive oil, butter & onions, fry over medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes
Deglaze with the White wine, then add the halved tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes, then add the water, bring to a simmer then turn the heat to low, cover with a lid
Simmer for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes have broken down, take off the heat & blend to a sauce.
To roll the pasta, feed it through a pasta roller, all the way down until 1mm, then cut into your desired shapes.
Boil in salted water for 1-2 minutes & strain
In a large fry pan, add 30ml olive oil, fry the prawns until cooked, add the Q-nami Seasoning, add a few ladles of the tomato sauce & add the fresh pasta
