Ingredients

Lane’s Australia Magic Dust Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Whole Rabbit (cut into pieces)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Whole Onion (diced)
- 1 Whole Carrot (diced)
- 1 Stalk of Celery (diced)
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Cup Red Wine
- 4 Cups Chicken BrothÂ
- 1 Sprig of Fresh ThymeÂ
- 1 Bay LeafÂ
- 1 Handful of ParsleyÂ
- Salt and PepperÂ
Directions
- Season rabbit pieces with Magic Dust, brown them until they're golden, and then set them aside.
- Preheat BBQ to 300℉ and put the pot onto the BBQ.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, toss in onion, carrot, and celery. Saute for 10 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Add garlic and saute for 1 more minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the veggies, stir, and cook for another minute. Slowly pour in red wine and chicken stock while stirring. Put rabbit in the pot, ensuring they're mostly covered.
- Add bay leaves and thyme, bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 2 hours until the rabbit is tender.
- Top with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
