Grilled to Perfection, Bursting with Flavor!
Ingredients
- 1kg Chicken Wings
-
Lane’s Australia Steak Supreme Seasoning
-
Lane’s Australia One Legged Chicken Sauce
- Smoking Wood (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your barbecue until it reaches a temperature of approximately 200°C, making sure all vents are fully open for optimal heat circulation.
- Coat your wings generously with steak supreme seasoning, ensuring an even distribution across all wings. Tossing the wings in a bowl with the seasoning will help achieve this evenly coated result and prevent any excess seasoning from going to waste.
- Position the wings on the barbecue for indirect cooking, avoiding direct exposure to the heat source. If you're using a Weber barbecue, consider rotating the lid vent by 45 degrees every 15 minutes for a more uniform cooking process.
- For added flavour, consider adding a small piece of smoking wood, such as cherry or another fruit wood, to impart a subtle smokiness that complements the chicken. Keep the wood chunk small to avoid overpowering the delicate flavours of the chicken with too much smoke.
- Remove the wings from the barbecue after approximately 1 hour, or when they reach an internal temperature of 75°C and develop a crispy skin texture.
- Serve the wings with One Legged Chicken sauce.
