Ingredients
- Lane’s Everything Toasted BagelÂ
- 1 ¼ Cup RicottaÂ
- 2 tbsp ParsleyÂ
- 1 tbsp ChivesÂ
- 80g BaconÂ
- 1 Cup Parmesan CheeseÂ
- 8 Portobello MushroomsÂ
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems by gently twisting and pulling them out.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped parsley, chopped chives, grated Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and 1 tablespoon of Everything Toasted Bagel Seasoning. Mix everything well.
- Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the mushroom caps.
- Sprinkle additional Everything Toasted Bagel Seasoning over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Top each stuffed mushroom with diced bacon.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the oven and bake until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms are cooked through.
