1kg Chicken Wings

Olive Oil

Minced Garlic
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 175°C.
Coat the wings in a good amount of garlic, a splash of olive oil and a generous amount of Signature -- toss to combine
Place the wings on a wire rack and get them into the smoker and cook them until they reach 74c internal -- make sure to flip 2-3 times while cooking
Remove the wings once cooked and place them into a foil tray
Coat with Sorta White and another sprinkling of Signature
Dig in and enjoy
