Ingredients
- 1.5-2.5kg Tri Tip

Lane’s Australia Steak Supreme Seasoning
- 2x Corn Cobs
- Coriander
- Parsley
- 1x Red Chilli
- ½ Onion
- Lime Juice
- Red Wine Vinegar
- 100-200g Feta
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 120°C.
- Brush corn with olive oil and char on the grill.
- Season Tri-Tip with Lane’s Australia Steak Supreme and smoke until internal temperature reaches 56°C.
- Rest Tri-Tip for 10 minutes, then sear on the hot grill for a charred finish.
- Chop parsley and coriander, dice half an onion, and mix with chilli, lime juice, red wine vinegar, grilled corn, and crumbled feta.
- Slice Tri-Tip thinly and serve on a bed of corn salsa.
