Ingredients
- Scotch Steak Fillet
- Egg
- Slice of Bread x 2
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Slice of Cheese

Directions
- Prepare one scotch steak fillet per serving and generously sprinkle Lane’s Q-Nami on both sides of each fillet. Next, repeat the seasoning process using Lane’s SPF-53.
- Take an onion, cut it in half, and then slice it into strips. Slice the tomato into thin slices, and chop the iceberg lettuce into small pieces.
- Heat a pan and add some oil to it. Place the seasoned steak fillet(s) on the pan over high heat to sear the steak. Cook the steak for a few minutes on each side, aiming for a medium-rare internal temperature. Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan.
- Without emptying the pan of the steak oils, crack one egg per serving into the pan and fry them. Season the fried eggs with a sprinkle of Q-Nami. After a couple of minutes, baste each egg with the oil from the cooked steak.
- Take two slices of bread per serving and toast one side of each slice in the pan with the oils to create a nice crust. Remove the bread from the pan.
- Cut the cooked steak into halves and then into small pieces.
- Now, it's time to assemble the sandwich. Place the crusty side of the bread on the outside of the sandwich, then layer it with cheese, the chopped steak, onions, lettuce, tomato, fried egg, and finally, the other slice of bread.
