Ingredients

Honey Sriracha
- 4- 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs, skinless.
- 1 cup All-Purpose flourÂ
- 1 tbsp Caster sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powderÂ
- 1 cup ButtermilkÂ
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

2 large eggs
- 150g Unsalted Butter
Directions
- Place the flour, sugar, baking powder and Lane’s Magic Dust in a large mixing bowl. Whisk to mix.
Add milk, eggs and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Add melted butter then whisk until lump free. The batter should be pourable but thick – slightly thinner than pancakes
- Take chicken thighs and place them in the batter
- Preheat oil to 170c and fry chicken until internal temp of 165f/74c
- Rest chicken on wire rack
- Serve with a drizzle of Maple Syrup.
